Shipping Policy

 

Thank You for shopping with Extenze.

WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES

 

STEPS TO ENSURE YOUR SHIPMENT

  1. WE ASK FOR YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS ALWAYS APPEAR THE SAME. 
  2. CONFIRM WE HAVE THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. (YOUR CARD WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY PROCESS PAYMENTS WITHOUT YOU ENTERING YOUR CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS.) 
  3. IF YOUR CARD HAS BEEN DECLINED WITH PENDING TRANSACTIONS, PLEASE ALLOW A FEW HOURS FOR THE CHARGE TO DISAPPEAR AS IT IS TO SHOW THE ATTEMPT BUT NOT AN ACTUAL CHARGE.

 

PLEASE NOTE: ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED IF ITS NOT SHIPPED TO AN ACTUAL ADDRESS, AS WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP TO P.O BOXES. 

Once the item(s) is no longer in our companies possession and is handed off to the shipping courier, Extenze does not have ownership of the package. If the package is lost or stolen the customer has to retrieve it. Extenze will try their best to assist during this process, but Extenze recommends purchasing route protection to grant the most efficient delivery. 

PROCESSING TIME FRAME

 

Processing takes 2-3 Business days for all orders to be shipped out. Processing occurs during business hours Monday-Friday. Please note: If you order on a Friday after 12 pm that order will be processed on the next business day which will be Monday.) 

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

On-Hand Deliveries During Business Hours

Monday- Friday: 5pm-9pm 

Saturday-Sunday: 9am-9pm

 

Express Shipping takes 2-3 Business days depending on your city and state.

 

Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your city and state

 

International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your city and state

 

  1. When will I receive a tracking number and start seeing updates?

 

Once you have received your tracking email please allow up to 24 hours to begin seeing shipping activity. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your all folders if you have any troubles finding, find emails from modern.extenze@gmail.com or reach out to us, Extenze will respond as promptly as possible. 

 

  1. May I return my order?

 

Unfortunately we do not offer any returns or refunds. If there is any type of issues with your products please do not hesitate to contact us. We will always be glad to review and assist with any problems you may have.

 

  1. Can I make changes to my order?

 

To ensure quick delivery times all orders are processed daily, so once an order is placed it cannot be altered or changed.
